Jim Rohn Shares The Beginning of Personal Development
Jim Rohn shares the moments where he was *awakened* by the concepts of personal development.
When he was just the typical living in the rat-race type of person, he wanted to generate some income.
One time he stumbled upon a mentor who change his life. His mentor said, “Your income is directly related to your philosophy, not the economy.”
He was “hoping that the economy would change.” But his mentor said, “No, your philosophy has to change.”
On one bit he shares a story on how for six(6) years he wasn’t doing better in his company. He exclaims “Well, this is all the company pays. Really… this is all they pay! ”
Then his mentor said, “No, that’s all the company pays YOU! Aren’t there people in the company receiving two, three, four times this amount? If you qualify wouldn’t your income grow two, three, four or five times?”
We don’t have to work on the company, we have to work on YOU.
And this friends, Jim Rohn said was the beginning of “Personal Development” for him.
Great video friends!
P.S. His mentor’s name was Earl Shoaff.
P.S.S.”Success is something YOU attract by the person you become. It’s not something you pursue.”
